I picked these up on a bit of a whim. I’d seen quite a bit about them on various blogs and youtube beauty videos but never really checked them out.
As you know I was on a beauty spending ban last month, so this month I thought I’d allow myself some fun products. I’d quite a few boots advantage card points to make the most of, so I decided, why not!?

I’ve been loving wearing a simple eye with just some coloured eyeliner and pairing it with a bright lip. I’m blaming the arrival of the sun finally! I swatched Shocking Coral in the shop and instantly fell in love.

This is a single swipe of the lipstick so you can see just how good the pigmentation is. I was pleasantly surprised by the colour, it’s quite a vibrant pink but with a warm coral tone.
The second colour I decided to try was Pink Punch. This is much more of a cool toned pink. Again it’s lovely vibrant pink.
|175 Pink Punch|
This lipstick also has great pigmentation. Pink Punch has a bit more of a berry feel but without being too dark. These are both such stunning colours for spring/summer.

Both of these lipsticks lasted really well throughout the day. I checked my lips after lunch and I still had a great amount of colour on my lips. They didn’t dry out my lips and are lovely and creamy to apply. There is a bit of a shiny finish but it’s not to over the top, so you can wear these comfortably during the day. Especially if like me you forget to top up your lipstick!
These retail for £7.19, but there are always offers on in various drugstores. Below are pictures of both of the lipsticks applied.
First is Shocking Coral.

Below is a quick snapshot of the makeup used on the rest of my face. I kept it simple as I mentioned before.
The next day I had to try Pink Punch. The picture is slightly for some reason but you can still see the lovely colour.
