March Favourites!

March Favourites
So I’ve a handful of makeup products that I’ve been thoroughly enjoying in the month of March.  For those of you that follow me on instagram (link here), there are a few products that will come as no surprise!

March Favourites
I have two lipsticks I’ve been reaching for a lot this month, first up is Lipstick Queen Rose Sinner matte lipstick.  This is such a lovely creamy lipstick which applies really well, no dragging involved.  It also stays creamy on my lips, so after a few hours I can still rub my lips together and they’ve not dried out!  Which is quite a feat for a matte lipstick!  It’s also a lovely everyday sort of colour, you know that “my lips but better”.  From mac I have All Fired Up matte lipstick.  This is almost a neon shade when swatched.  It’s a lovely vibrant pink with a red tone to it.  I’ve enjoyed wearing this with a basic cat eye.
For but I have two products, Benefit’s Hervana blush and mac’s Dollymix sheertone blush.  Hervana is a soft pinky / peach blush, with a lilac undertone…so all together it comes off as a soft purple toned pink on the cheeks.   Dollymix is much more of a strong pink.  Both require gradually builing up if you want an intense blush.  I’ve found them great for those days where I need to grab something in a hurry!

For foundation, my favourite as been DiorSkin Nude foundation in 010.  It’s quite a light coverage foundation, it’s also quite pale in shade.  I’ve done a full review on it here.  It’s a great foundation that I’m seriously considering buying when I’ve used up the samples I have!  For concealer I have fallen in love the mac’s Pro Longwear concealer in NC15.  This is excellent just under my eyes, it conceals any darkness I may get, without looking cakey.  Along with that I’ve been using elf HD Undereye Setting Powder, you’ve read me talking about this in my recent Bought & Forgot Final Update, it’s an excellent wee pot of goodness!   These pair work wonders together for my under eye area.

Finally for nail polish we have Barry M Silk Collection polish in Meadow.  This is my favourite from the collection, although I’m quite impressed with the Silk Collection thus far!  I’ve tried two from the line, in fact I’m wearing Mist on my nails in my favourites video – which you can check out down below!
