Love Me Beauty March & April Box Review

Love Me Beauty Box
I’ve been meaning to review the beauty products I received since I started my Love Me Beauty box subscription started.  So I’m doing two months in one post!

If you’re interested in Love Me Beauty you can check out their website here.  I got quite a few products in the March Box.
Love Me Beauty March
I got a Murad Pore & Line Minimizing Hydrator sample (£49.50 50ml). This didn’t really work well for my skin, it was drying and caused irritation.  From BlanX we got a sample size of the White Shock toothpaste (£7.50 50ml).  This was ok, I didn’t notice any big difference in my teeth, I won’t rush out to purchase a full size.  I’ve been really enjoying Nip+Fab Post Workout Fix full size (£9.95 50ml), this is a rollerball topic cooling muscle gel and it’s great after a tough session at the gym.  I would likely purchase this when it runs out.  From Deep Steep I got a full size Moisture stick in Honeydew Spearmint (£3.60 15ml).   This lives in my handbag, if like me you suffer from dry legs, this is great for moisturising your skin if you notice it when your out & about.  It is a wee bit greasy but not too bad.

I got a lovely sample bag of Quintessentially English Bath Salts in Summer Solstice (£4.25 100g).  This was quite refreshing, while also nice and relaxing,  I used 2 dessert spoons and it work well.  I think I’d add more next time.  I don’t take baths very often, but these would be a lovely present in future.  The final item in this box was a pair of The Vintage Cosmetic Company Gracie false lashes (£6).  These have a nice fine lash band, however the glue was a bit of a nightmare, I would definitely recommend using a different lash glue.  I used them in my recent makeup tutorial post, so you can have a closer look in the photos if you fancy.
Love Me Beauty April Box
In April’s box I got 3 full size products and one sample size.  From Betty Hula I got a full size of the Secret Wonder Oil Roller ball (£6.25).  I’ve used this around my eyes and the odd evening after doing deep cleansing face masks.  This is a nice oil and I do enjoy the roller ball, I’m not sure if I’d rush out to purchase it, mainly because I already have a Balance Me oil to use up too.  I got a full size Models Own in Fuzzy Peach (£5), this is a lovely summery colour and it was easy to apply, you can see what it looks like on my nails here.

A product I was less impressed with was the Redken Colour Extend Conditioner sample (£9.99 250ml). I don’t have coloured hair so I’ve no idea if it does help in extending colour, when I used it, it didn’t really do anything wonderful for my hair.  I definitely won’t be purchasing a full size.  Finally from Neal & Wolf I got a Ritual Daily Cleansing Shampoo (£11.50 250ml).  This is a very fresh, luxurious smelling cleansing shampoo, it leaves my hair really shiny and easy to comb through.  I don’t think it works better than my Elvive Crystal shampoo at cleansing my hair, so I doubt I would buy a full size due to cost, however if I was feeling the need for a higher end cleansing shampoo I would consider this shampoo.

So far I’m still enjoying my subscription to Love Me Beauty, I will try to make sure I do monthly reviews in future.  You can check out the video below if you want a closer look at any of the products.
