Project Pan Update
Time for an update on my Project Pan and you won’t believe it, I’ve actually finished off a few items!! I know I was excited 🙂 You can check out last month’s post here if you want to see how far I’ve come with some of my items!
Previous Pan Goodies
So let’s start with the makeup goodies I have actually finished. You can see that I have finished my Nivea Lip balm Pearl & Shine*, I’ve had this so long that it has been repackaged! It was great but I’m pleased to move onto another lip balm. I’ve also finished the Benefit “that gal”* brightening primer, this lasted so long and although I do love it, (this is the second one I’ve owned), I won’t be repurchasing it for now. I’ve also finished up my 17 Barely There eyeshadow trio (no longer available online), it doesn’t look finished but if you check out the video below you can see a bit better that it’s at the very edges and it has become a pain to use. So finally this eyeshadow is for the empties bag! An item I’m getting rid of because I just cannot make it work for me is the Chanel Vitalumiére Aqua*. This is just too yellow toned for me and I don’t feel comfortable wearing it. The final makeup product is the Bourjois Matte Serum Primer*, I’ve actually made some decent progress with this. If you compare to last month the primer was just under the green writing, it’s down quite a few centimetres! I reckon two more months and I will have it finished!
Project Pan New Additions
Now on to the new additions to my project pan! I’m replacing my Nivea lip balm with a Chap Stick, I got this as part of a christmas set a while ago, it’s practically full. I have too many black eyeliner pencils so I’m adding in this Rimmel Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal pencil*, I have already been making an effort to use it more, I’m hoping to make a real dent in it this month. The base I want to use up is the No7 Beautiful Skin BB Cream* for Normal/Oily in Fair. Again it’s another product I’ve been using more often recently anyway – you may have spotted it in my weekly makeup box. I’ve fallen back in love with it but it does give me spots, so I have to swap it up with other bases to stop my skin freaking out. The final addition to my project pan is the Benefit Dandelion box blush*. I have had this for so long, it’s another product that the packaging has changed since I bought it! It was one of my first high end blushes and I do love it, it adds a lovely soft pink glow. I think it needs to get more use though as I worry about the fact that I’ve owned this for the best part of 10years, plus I’ve already hit major pan so I’m hoping it won’t be too painful to finish off.
