New In Lips | Max Factor & Collection

Max Factor and Collection Products

I’ve had some recent additions to my lip collection, so of course, I have to share them with you!  I received my first Influenster box with some fab Max Factor products.  I was also sent a random Collection lipstick – minus any information, but I’ve found it for you online! OK on with the products!

First up is the Colour Elixir lipstick* in Raisin.  This is a slightly browny toned pink…excellent description skills right there.  It has a reflective sheen, almost a metallic finish.  It’s a very creamy lipstick and nice to apply, it is also nice to reapply – no gathering in any lip creases, or balling or patchy behaviour.  It’s lovely to wear and does last a fair while.  I already own two of these lipsticks, so I’m a fan.  A new addition, is the Max Factor Universal Lip Liner*, hooray for a high street universal lip liner that rocks!  It really is good and very handy to have.  It’s almost as good as my Urban Decay version and it’s a fraction of the price.  Another win! The last item in my Influenster box is this Colour Elixir Honey Lacquer* in Indulgent Coral. I am in love.  This is so nice to apply and wear and just everything frankly!  It is so creamy and honestly feels like a bit of a lip treatment.  I may have just popped it on while I’m writing this.  It also featured in my  July Favourites for a reason.

Now onto the Collection Lip Colour SPF15* in Blissful Peach.  I was actually really surprised with this lipstick, it’s incredibly creamy and there’s great colour pay off.  It’s a lovely colour on too, I was worried that it was going to be a bit orange on, but it’s more peachy orange and actually works on me, well in my opinion anyway! This lasts quite some time, I had multiple cups of tea and there was still colour on my lips! It reapplies well too and it’s hydrating on the lips, so it’s nice to reapply anyway, so you don’t mind topping up throughout the day.

Below are single swipe swatches, pretty good pigmentation for all of the colour products!

All in all, not bad at all.  They’re all budget friendly and fabulous frankly! Although I was sent these to test out, all opinions are my own and I am honestly a fan.  You can check out the video below to check out the application and to watch me get excited!  Of course you can always subscribe to my YouTube channel too, if you want to become a bit of a legend.
