So this month has been a mix of old favourites making a come back and some new additions.
So first up is my continued love for my Inglot eyeshadows. I’ve been wearing quite a lot of mint and silver recently. I love how fresh it looks on me and it’s a lovely alternative to all those gold & bronze looks – I’m sure I’ll be wearing them next month! The shadows are the top left of my palette and the shade numbers are: (Silver) 447 and (Mint) 24. I’ve also been loving Seafoam Green eyeliner pencil from NYX. Love it, so soft and creamy and incredibly easy to apply.

For general face products I’ve been in love with my Sleek Blush trio Sweet Cheeks. These are just fantastic summer shades. I tend to wear the cream blush and layer either of the two powder blushes over the top, I think it adds a bit more dimension to my blush, I do wear them individually as well, but I’m a big fan of layering things up! I have been reaching for my No7 BB Cream quite a bit recently too. I’m a bigger fan of the Smashbox BB Cream but with my spending ban still firmly in place I’m determined to use this product up and I’m really pleased to say it is working quite well again for me. Now that I have a bit more colour on my face, this isn’t looking as yellow as it once did, I can’t wear it everyday of the week and it does break my skin out a bit if I do, but I have been wearing it at least 3 days a week. My new Urban Decay De-slick setting spray has been getting some thorough use. I love this. The spray comes out in a lovely fine mist and it takes away the powdery finish I sometimes get. It also holds my makeup firmly in place, which is really impressive in this baking hot weather! Love it and would recommend checking it out. Finally for face I have been really enjoying the Vichy Thermal water. It has been incredibly hot and unfortunately I work in an office without A/C, so I’ve been using this once or twice a day on my face to help cool me down – I’ve also been using it on my legs to cool me…and neck and generally anywhere that skin may be exposed. It has really helped, even if it’s short lived.

For lips I have been reaching for the Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains. I’ve always really enjoyed these but I have been reaching for them more this past month. They help keep my lips hydrated and because no mirror is required for application, I’ve been reapplying regularly and using them just like lip balms! For those days where lip balm is only needed I’ve been using these lovely chapsticks! I got them as a present at Christmas and I’m only now using them. I’ve been using the apple version to death. These are great because they have spf15, so not only do they hydrate my lips but they also protect them from the sun! Winner!

Finally we have a nail polish. For those of you that follow me on instagram this will come as no surprise! I absolutely love this Barry M Gelly Hi-Shine in Greenberry. I’ve worn it about 3 times this month, which is impressive considering the amount of polishes I own and how bored I get with one colour. This wears well, it is opaque after one thick coat, doesn’t apply streaky and generally it’s just a fab colour!
So those are my favourites, if you want to watch me rave about these products you can watch the video below.
