I posted this face chart recently on instagram and a few of you wanted to see a tutorial! So I’ve attempted a pictorial, fingers crossed it works, if it’s confusing I’ve included the video at the bottom!
Let’s start! I’m taking the forest green from the beauty uk earth child palette* and I’m putting that on the inner third of my eyelid.
I’ve taken some Faint from the Urban Decay Basics palette* and used that lightly in my crease, blend blend blend. Then put some of the coppery colour from the bottom row of the beauty uk palette and place that mainly in the middle third. You can go back to build up the colour of the green. I also popped the top colour from the top row over the top of the coppery colour, just to make it more vibrant. Next I’ve taken the dark chocolatey shimmery colour from the top row of the beauty uk palette in the outer V, bringing it along the lash line and into the crease. You also want to run this along the lower lash line. Blend a bit more! I took Foxy from the Urban Decay Basics palette and blended from the crease up to my brows. You could stop here and just use a bit of mascara and you’re done! I got a bit excited with eyeliner.
I took some of the bellápierre Shimmer Powder in Celebrations just on the centre of my lid over the copper/gold. This adds a nice pop when the light hits it. I lined my upper lashline with Jordana Fabuliner* in Brown, thickening it slightly at the outside. I used Urban Decay 24/7 Glide on Pencil* in Stash over the top, just on the inner third where I have green shadow, mirror this on the lower lashline, blending it into the chocolatey eyeshadow. Also use Stash along your lower waterline. I used Maybelline Master Drama pencil in dark brown along my upper waterline but you could use stash if you’d rather. I used Urban Decay 24/7 pencil in Eldorado around my tear duct to help brighten the area a bit.
For mascara I used essence’s I Heart Extreme Volume mascara in black on my top and bottom lashes, then Maybelline’s The Rocket Volum’ mascara in black on the top only. Eye look done! I’ve included how I did the rest of my face in the video but it might be a bit too long for here. If you’re interested you can check it out.
