OK so I was going to do a single haul this month, but I may have got a little excited on my second shop, so I’ve split it and today you have the first half! It’s mostly skin care this time!
I’ve unsurprisingly repurchased the Vichy Night Detox*, I do not like to be without this, it does absolute wonders for my skin – you can check out a review post here if you fancy. That’s the only repurchase this time. I’ve decided it’s time for a change in the toners I use after my acid toners. I picked up two of the Botanics Rosewater Toning Spritz* to use after my morning acid tone, they were on offer and they smell fabulous. I have given in the hype and picked up a Serozinc* from La Roche Posay, I’ve been using this after my nightly acid toner. So far I’m enjoying both toners, especially in the current weather, there is just something wonderful about a refreshing facial spray! The last new skin care item is the Hydreane Light* moisturiser from La Roche Posay. This reminds me of my favourite Avene moisturiser, so far so good! I will of course do a fuller review of all these products when I’ve been using them a few more weeks.
Kiko finally opened a shop in Brighton and although it’s not a massive shop, I was quite excited to see it’s arrival! I took advantage of their opening sales and picked up a few items to try. I bought a Long Lasting Stick Eyeshadow in 37 Burgundy, such a beautiful colour, cannot wait to play with it more. I have a Smart Lip Pencil in 701 Pearly Pink Peony, with my new hair colour it has been so much more fun to play with my lip colours! I also picked up a rollerball perfume set – sadly I can’t find them online. Vanilla musk, Rose & Cherry and Bergamot & Jasmine. I would recommend only using a small amount of these when you first apply them – well the vanilla one anyway! It can be a bit over powering. The scents don’t last all day, thankfully the set comes with a little bag! So you can just pop one in the handbag for top-ups. I’ve been loving the Rose & Cherry, it has been coming to work with me.
So that’s it for this haul, expect another one later this month. Have you used many products from Kiko? I’m interested in trying out more from them. You can check out the video below if you fancy. Thanks for reading!
