I’ve mentioned a few times in my recent vlogs that I may have got over excited and bought all the things. I wasn’t kidding. I felt my wardrobe was lacking in a few areas. Mostly colour and trousers other than jeans!
Let’s start with ASOS order. This black Stradivarius Stripe Blazer* is perfect. Slouchy but smart. Great for layering up. I went with a pair of ASOS Tall Wide Leg Canvas Trousers* in Navy. They fit so nicely but I wish they were an inch longer. Can someone explain why it’s so hard to fit decent bootcut trousers, or wide leg jeans? Not a problem to find skinny or straight cut. I’m hoping they can back in fashion soon.
I let my inner hippie loose in Black Pearl and Banyan Tree. I’m very much in love with my Long Shawl Wrap, it has thumb holes and everything! Hooray for harem pants. I got a purple and black pair of the low crotch harem pants and this pair of shorter ones – these were on sale and I can’t find a similar pair on their website but I’d recommend having a browse.
I’m delighted that I got my hands on another piece of Twisted Apparel, this is, of course, Alice in Wonderland rebel tattoo sweater*. It rocks. Enough said. This beautiful necklace and earring set are from The Gemstoners and were made just for me with Amethst and Smokey Quartz , however, they have similar necklaces and earrings available. Amethyst has a calming influence helps to soothe stress and stimulate clear thinking and Smokey Quartz is known as the stone of power. No wonder I’ve been reaching for them a lot lately! I’ve really come around to learning more about gemstones and the power they hold. Expect a write up soon!
Lastly I’ve a few wee bits from Primark. This slouchy Mischief Managed top and the Hogwarts bottoms, I sized up in the bottoms for pure comfort – you have to think about the bloat when you’ve endometriosis!
As always, if you want to see any of the pieces in action, you can check out the video below! Even better – you can subscribe to my YouTube channel too!
